When looking for a Casio camera that was no long made, I found that the TechToysForLess website offered the camera new, "in stock", and at the best price, so I ordered it; the order was accepted, and according to the website, should have been shipped the next business day. It was not shipped the next day, but I did notice that the website price had been increased by $45. The following business day, I got an email saying "Per our website, EX-S880 has been discontinued and no longer in stock". The email added that my order was canceled, but suggested I buy one of their other Casio cameras.
I rechecked their website, and it was still showing the camera "in stock" at the higher price. I tried contacting TechToysForLess by phone, but a recorded message said I should contact them by email. I sent emails to both their "sales" and "customercare" addresses, pointing out the discrepancy between their email and website, with no response. Since the website had updated the price of the camera after I placed my order, yet still showing it "available in 3 colors", it cannot be simply a matter of not keeping the website updated. Despite my emails, the website is still showing the camera to be in stock.
With no way to communicate with TechToysForLess, plus obviously maintaining an erroneous website, I'll not attempt to buy from them again.
