Abosutly No Customer Service Support! An answering machine that doesn't return your calls.

Remember you are buying open and refurbished items, so the chances are greater that there will be a problem.  And for that reason alone shame on TECH FOR LESS for having an answering machine for there Customer Support! Below is my 1st and last time I will ever using them:

I bought a desk phone (aastra 57i CT) that had an additonal wireless phone that came with it.  I paid over $250.00 for this item.  The ad stated in was in an open box but not refurbished and was in brand new condition. I personal called to make sure of the condition and that all the necessary attachments came with the order (wireless phone, the charge for the wireless, phone line, power cord, etc...). The customer service person that I spoke with told me it was in an open book but had everything in it and never was used. 

I received the product with-in a week, which was nice.  When I open it, the only thing that was in it was the actually desk phone. No wireless phone or its stand, nor any accessories, plus it had a 2 inch by 1/3 inch scratch on the screen and a bunch of little scratches on the hand set of the phone.  1st time using this company, I thought I would give them a chance to fix it or at least get me my money back.  Ok, been calling for two days leaving messages with customer service and the sale person that helped me order this item.  No return calls of any kind.  I get an live operator but no matter what she says she's going to do she just transfer me back to customer service department; which is only an answering machine.  So for $30 more dollars I could of ordered this phone from a more reliable company and saved my self the headache.  The moral of the story is it sometimes it doesn't pay to go with the cheapest price on-line.  

Update:  They did contact me back after three days!  The customer service rep was apologetic in the fact that they did not get back with me in a timely matter.  She said she doesn't have another phone with all the accessories and that I can return the phone at their expense and receive a full refund.  That was great, but now I have to re-order it from somewhere else and wait another week; which is not so great.
