BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a cell phone from TechForLess 2 1/2 years ago.  It was not compatible with my provider's system, and I returned it immediately following their instructions.  I fought with them for 2 months to get a credit - they claimed I had sent back an MP3 player instead of a cell phone and initially refused to give me credit.  One of the customer service reps blamed UPS and said that UPS "took" their parts, and that this happened frequently.  I eventually received my credit after provding documentation and numerous telephone calls.  Today, I received an e-mail from Tech For Less and they were trying to sell me an extended warranty on the phone I returned 2 1/2 years ago!  They stated I had "recently" ordered it, and that I should purchase the warranty for maximum customer satisfaction.  They did request customer feedback in the e-mail, and indicated that they wanted to receive feedback regarding my experience with them so that they could make my "experience" with them better.  I provided them with the facts, above.  I have also advised them to remove me from their mailing list.  STAY FAR AWAY from this outfit -- they apparently don't know what they are doing and their customer satisfaction is horrid, based on my personal experience with them.
