The factory refurbished NEC LCD 2080UX+ monitor I ordered arrived as expected (via UPS Ground) in perfect original manufacturer's packaging.  The monitor was in very good to excellent condition with no apparent scratches, loose parts or other evidence of abuse.  The snap-on cable guide was the only exception, with a broken tab rendering it non-functional but this is no big deal for me.

The height adjustment feature works smoothly, as does rotation of the screen from horizontal to vertical orientation.  No manual, CD-ROM, or other documentation were included with the monitor, but both 15-pin D-sub and DVI-D video cables, and the power cord were in the box in what appeared to be their original bags with end caps and ties.

The selection of monitors on the techforless.com web site was good, the search tools were helpful and made it easy to find the monitor that met my needs.  Setting up a new customer account and checkout were easy.  Layout of the Tech for Less web site was clear, the information presented was complete and accurate.  I was impressed with both the price of the monitor and the vendor's generous return policy.  Before making the purchase I had seen somewhat mixed reviews of this retailer on other sites but, based on this experience, I would be more than willing to shop there again and recommend them to others.
