I am a US citizen living in Okinawa Japan working for the US government. I have a Army Post Office (APO) address with a 96736 zip code. You seem to have problem with shipping to me? Your policy toward APO/FPO shipment should be posted up front on your web site so I dont waste my time filling out your forms...

Within a short time of placing my order online, I received a phone call from customer service informing me that the item I wanted was unavailable. They had looked at the specs for the computers I wanted to purchase and found an almost identical model by the same manufacturer that had a more powerful processor and was literally only a few dollars more. I was very impressed that they had taken the time to research out an equivalent system for me, and that they had called me back almost immediately on a Saturday to resolve the situation. I received the computers promptly within a few days. I got what I needed at a good price with excellent customer service; I will definitley continue shopping with Super Warehouse.

Reliable vendor based on my first purchase with them. They contacted me when my credit card did not process which is HUGE. DELL and others just rely on you to have the time to check to make sure that the order was accepted - often delaying the process by a week or so - I don't have the time to check the status of every toner order I place. I have 65 laser printers of various make and model and DELL is awful.

The whole shopping and purchasing process was very good. The only minor complaint that I have is that I had a difficult time figuring out how to browse all items from a search after browsing by category. For example, if I were shopping for a small inkjet printer, I might have clicked "Inkjet Printers", then cicked "Small Business" under the Type category. I am shown some 'Best Value' printers, some 'Recommended' printers, and some 'Powerful Alternative' printers. But what if I just want to browse them all? I can't seem to easily figure that out at this point.

I ordered product that was on their we showing stock. They then could not use my credit card and then refused Paypal as they then said that the product is discontinued!! They had stock in their warehosue and I spoek to a guy who confirmed this. SoemBS going on - I dont deal with companies like this
