I purchased a Simple Drive portable 250 GB hard drive from this company. The package came 5 days later. The information sheet that came with the product said the package included the drive, instructions and a StorageSync CD.
The cd was Not in the package. I called Super Warehouse and spoke to customer service. After explaning the problem to her, she said they had no control over the package and suggested I called Simple Tech. I told her I bought the drive from Super Warehouse. She informed me I could not expect them to know what was in the package. Again she said call Simple Tech.
She game their number then hung up. I called the number. It was the wrong number. The lady said she had so many call for Simple Tech that she had the number.
I called that number and got menu after menu. About 45 minutes of wait time, I got a very nice tech. He explained this was a much older drive and the software is on the drive.
Simple Tech tech support is great. Super Warehouse customer support is awful. Will never buy from the again. If you want old, outdated products and no help at all customer support, then call very bad outfit...
