The order was just as I requested, huge 2242 cd or dvd rack I am using for paperbacks. I won the item from ebay, and there was excellent communication between Store Your Media and myself. I spoke with them several times to verify the finish I wanted, and they always got back to me right away.

Shipping was pretty fast, although FedEx had problems finding my house - that's what happens when you order near a holiday, regular delivery person was off and the replacement apparently couldn't find a house that had been there for 35 years.

Spoke with shipper about the situation, but then FedEx finally found me.

Product took about an hour and a half to put together, good directions, and is a great cd/dvd rack! (And just fine for paperback books too!) We did notice that when we went to use the glue, the top came off very easily and glue squirted all over. This happened twice. Also, the complimentary earthquake securing straps were great! but were missing one bolt. No problem, we decided to use stronger anchors anyway. That was all pretty typical for putting together a piece of furniture; all other parts were there and worked fine.

I would definitely order from them again and probably will, in the near future. Product was reasonably priced and shipping was reasonable, too.
