It was aweful. I canceled my oreder, but I had a hard time reaching them to cancel it. The order was supposed to be shipped between 12/8 and 12/13, but as of 12/19, my product still had not arrived. The tracking system on the website only said "No tracking info available," yet it said my order was "In Process." I called, but I waited 30 min. on hold for help (I finally hung up). I finally got in touch with someone through Live Chat and they cancelled my order. Very disappointing.

Ordered youth helmet and uniform set on 12/13. I called on 12/18 and the person on the phone said that my order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock. Had I not called I would still be waiting for the item. The person was neither apologetic nor helpful. Checked my account today (12/24) and it says "In Progress" with an expected ship date of 12/15-12/18.

I ordered a goal post 12/12/06 and they charged my card. When I called to check , they had no info, "pending". This big Santa Gift won't make it. No e-mail or any notice that things were not going well. On-line shopping standards are much higher than that now.

PART OF MY ORDER WAS NOT IN STOCK AND I NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL. I CALLED WHEN MY ORDER HAD NOT COME IN IN 2 WEEKS. WHEN I FINALLY CALLED TO FIND OUT WHERE IT WAS, THEIR COMPUTERS WERE DOWN BUT WHEN THEY WERE UP I GOT A PHONE CALL AND THINGS WERE FIGURED OUT. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF I HAD GOTTEN A PHONE CALL SO I KNEW THAT IT WAS ON BACK ORDER AND I COULD HAVE FIXED IT BEFORE IT GOT SO CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS.

The shopping experience was positive, however, disappointed the Christmas ornament has not yet arrived, and it's 3 days before Christmas. Would shop at Sportskids.com again b/c they have a large selection.

WARNING: this is not a real store. They do not have any inventory. They take your order charge your visa and then order it from an other retailer with there discount. Why is this bad? They have no control, they cant track delayed orders. They cant cancel them. I order 6 items hoping to get them by xmas. After 2 Weeks nothing shipped. They do not know why. Later 1 shipped 1 week after I canceled the order. Now I have to pay a restocking fee. The best they can do when you call is say they will contact the "factory" (which is the code word for the real retailer). My suggestion is to NOT shop here, instead search on the web for the real retailer and order direct.

Do not Buy from SportsKids.com. They are not a real store. I ordered 9 Items. All 9 had to be out sourced to an other retailer. In others words, they do not carry inventory. They take your order, verify your Visa, and then place the order at an other store that they have a discount at. The other on line retailer ships your item. This is why you may see your item split into several different tracking numbers. WARNING: since they do not carry any inventory, when I called to find out why NONE of the items had shipped in 2 week, even though there online web page said they would ship in 2-3 days, THEY COULD NOT TELL ME. They have not itea of where any of there orderes are. They have to email the other retailer to find out asking them to email me. They never did so I canceled my order, but there system cant cancel orderd right away as it takes 1 day as they have to email the other retailer to tell them to cancel. In the mean time it may still ship even though its canceled. This place is close to a scam.

I recieved part of my November order in a very timely manner with email comfirmation. I am still waiting on the rest of the order. I called about the remainder of my order and was told that an email would be sent to the distributor. I have yet to have any contact with anyone about the rest of my order. I will definitely NOT recommend this website to anyone. Customer service was lacking greatly.

The shopping experience was great. I found everything I needed very easily on your sight. I just got the wrong blanket. I called costomer service about it and have nothing back from anyone. I really think you have great things to purchase. I have never made an online purchase before and now I do not think that I will do it again.
My son wanted specific things for Christmas that I could not find in the stores. You web sight had what I wanted. To make him have a good Christmas I purchased exactly what he wanted. Of course I could not get everthing he wanted at this time on your sight. I was able to get the main things. My order got here on time for Christmas, but it was wrong. I did all I know to do to get it corrected. I am just waiting for an email, or anything at this point from your company. I just want my children to get what they want for Christmas. Like all people. They did not ask for much, just some specific things. If there is any way could your company please correct this? Thank You.

This was the worst service that I have ever received. It was slow, non-helpful when you called and when I placed my order it took them THREE weeks to tell me it was not in stock and they still charged my account after a representative said they would not charge the account until after the item shipped. They were the worst company that I've ever dealt with online!! They said it would ship within a day or two of my order, but still hadn't shipped two weeks later. I had to call in four different times during a two week period to actually find out where my order was and to get a tracking number for it. They also said that it would take 3-7 days for it to arrive, but it has been almost another two weeks and it still isn't here. Beware...!

I would highly recommend avoiding SportsKids.com. I was able to get a order confirmation from the company, but this was my only clue they are still in business. After my confirmation I did not hear anything about my order for a week and a half so I asked for an update. I got an automated response which said they would soon contact me- a week later I still have not heard from them. I tried sending an e-mail to cancel my order but it was ignored. I finally received my product- the packing box was one step from completely falling apart and damage went all the way through to the box of the item I ordered. I'm sure I could have found someone better to order from and I would advise you to do the same.
