Software media.com is a very professional website. I searched for over a week for a retail version of Microsoft Small Business Server 2003. After many search attempts I found various other sites on the web offering to sell the exact same software. My first purchase attempt was with another online vendor and it was unsuccessful unfortunately as they did not have the software in stock.

My second purchase attempt was with Software media.com. I later realized they were the only merchant on the Internet that could provide a low price while promising prompt order processing and delivery. Their online system is very easy to use. As promised, my online order was processed accurately and quickly. I felt the customer service was excellent. The sales department followed up with me via email to ensure my order was processed as requested.

After subsequent searches I found they have an extensive list of software products. I can honestly say that I am very pleased with my first experience and will definitely return in the future for all my software purchase needs. Overall, I give them two thumbs up! I highly encourage anyone that is searching for software online to give software media.com a try. They came through for me and I am confident they will not dissapoint.
