Ordered by phone because the on-line site would not work. Argued over charges for shipping - web site showed free shipping, they didn't want to give it to me. Finally agreed to ship free, charged me for the product, but 3 weeks later still haven't received the product. They told me they shipped my product, on 1/18/05, I didn't receive it till 1/28, so I called ,they said I cancelled the order, but I never did and they cgharged my card anyway. Then they said they will ship the same day by priority amil the same day , two days later I found out they shipped the day I called.
