As always, it was fine. I ordered three pair of pants - all different styles - and while the sizes I ordered were consistent, the actual fit on two of the three were not good. (One too big, one too small.) However, their return policy with pre-printed UPS labels and so on makes it a virtually painless process, and the cost of the jeans (which I returned rather than exchanged) was promptly refunded. (Minus any applicable return shipping charges.)
