Initially, I ordered the wrong size. The on-line instructions were very thorough - except for one problem. I had two packages to return and could only print out one return mailing form. When I called customer service, I was instructed to tape the two cartons together - which I did. But then the cartons wouldn't fit into the UPS box. Just dragged things out a bit. Good advice, though!

AWFUL customer service, fulfillment, delivery... 20 words isn't enough to describe how bad this place is - avoid them like the plague!
Two phone calls and three emails later, I still haven't even received what I ordered two weeks ago, and they just finally found the package yesterday - because the idiots at Shoebuy screwed up the tracking number format and UPS couldn't find it in their system. The saddest part? The whole reason I placed the order was for an event I had to attend - which was last night... the package will be returned as soon as it arrives next week. |

Great customer service. I really enjoyed shopping with Shoebuy.com. I also like the ease and convenience of ordering online with this company. The product ordered was a very nice item although if you decide to order please make sure your laptop is smaller than 15.4". The computer itself fits inside the bag but the padded section is very small and tight.

Go to ZAPPOS instead or SHoebuy.com. This company was terrible to deal with. Four emails, 6 phone calls over a 3 week period to return a pair of boots, AND finally a threat to report them to the Better Business Bureau. That is what it took to get a Return Authorization.
I will never use their website again. |

I will NOT order from Shoebuy.com ever again. They took 2 weeks to ship my order out to me. I had to inquire twice as to whether or not they were even going to ship the order at all. They finally shipped it out OVER a week later. Customer service was not helpful, I don't believe that they ever really looked my account up - just gave me their standard answer to when will my order ship? I love the shoes though and the price was decent with two coupon codes and no shipping charges.

My experience with Shoebuy was a nightmare!!! I ordered a pair of toddler shoes, and they sent me adult shoes - twice! The third round they offered me a 50% discount and then didn't honor their promise - in fact, they sent me NOTHING and were rude and dismissive when I called to see what happened 3 weeks later. All told, I wasted 3 months trying to get the pair of shoes I ordered (never got them), lots of time and ink printing out return labels and re-packaging the wrong shoes to send back (twice!), two trips out of my house to a UPS store for return shipping, and about 3 hours combined on the phone with Customer Service. In the end, they offered me nothing in compensation, told me rudely that I could try again if I felt like it. I could've gone to a shoe store and known what I was buying in one trip. Aaaah! Never, ever again.
