Purchased two pairs of shoes, and only one has arrived. E-mailed customer service, and they responded by asking for my zip code. This seemed odd, because I gave them the order number. I got an e-mail that the shoes are on back order till "next year" and asked if I still wanted them. I hope they mean January of 2010, but they could have meant November of 2010. Who knows?

Easy manuevering thru the on-line website. Good responses back when order was placed. Perhaps if an item needs to be returned or exchanged, rather than crediting a $6.95 shipping fee is there a way that you wouldn't have to charge and then the company make a credit (? cost savings on time in the future)

Only problem I have with this site is If I type in a search like "wedge heel" only a few shoes come up - then if I search by size or style they have a bunch more options of wedge heels.

Shopping was great and the order was received sooner than expected. The only downside was that the box was shipped unsealed. It was completely open with a large 5 1/2" hole on one side of the box. The post office put a piece of tape over the hole but it did not close the hole. A piece of tape was also put across the top of the box but it did not seal the box. I was amazed that no one had removed the shoes from the box before it was delivered.

I've shopped this merchant in the past. It's been awhile since I've ordered anything. The shoes this time around were just ok. Their a little snug but the next half size up slips too much on the heel. The soles are poor. I slip often on carpets at home and at work. They need to get some rubber on the bottom if they keep the current material.
