I must admit previously posted poor reviews for Twister Group gave me some concern when ordering my on-line UPS from Twister Group. However, my experience was exemplary and I saved hundreds of dollars. The Twisterr Group web site was straighforward, informative, and simple to navigate. There were no problems with the order. The web site indicated the product was in stock and it was. The closest I came to the price was within #100.00, but the web sites stated the item was backordered and not available. I received notice of the receipt of my order and the approval of the order in a timely manner. I also received notice of the product being shipped and tracking information that worked in a timely manner. The delivery speed was exceptional when considering I opted for standard delivery with no upgrade to a more expensive shipping option and the weight of the unit. The order was very accurate and the overall experience was no-nonsense, professional, and very businesslike. I make a considerable number of purchases on line for both business and personal items, and I will use Twister as much as possible in the future. Not only will I will use the Twister Group again, I will highly recommend the Twister Group to friends and business associates. The process from placing the order to receipt of the order was highly satisfactory and I have not had a need to contact customer support. As you can tell from the foregoing, I am a very satisfied customer.
