great company....would love to shop here again

i ordered a fiber channel switch from this store cause i found the price reasonable as well as much cheaper than any other stores.i was so much satisfied when i got the detail description from them moreover their customer service was marvelous.they shipped it on the same day i ordered overall i got the pure satisfaction.i would love to shop here again.

A couple of week ago i ordered a Compaq interconnect switch from them as i saw they were offering within a reasonable price than any other companies. It was shipped on the same day. Meanwhile i made a phone call to have some more details though there was enough in the product's detailed information. The customer service was fabulous.When i got the package i found it exactly to my selection and the delivery was so fast.I'm very much pleased and I will deal with this company again and again as long as they will be servicing in such fantastic way.

Well, these guys are simply FANTASTIC....

Competitive price, hot-items, helpful phone support.

Only once the item reached 1 day latter, but rest other deals were really GR8!!!

Here goes my feeling for the firm:

Ease of Ordering: 10/10
Customer Service: 10/10
On-Time Delivery: 09/10
Selection: 10/10

The only lack is, technical data is too short on some items, but most of their items are easy to understand with a lot alternative choice of equivalent parts.

I ordered a refurbished IBM Think Pad T21 (12P3366) PC Notebook. I received a invoice number and that was all. After 4 days I called Server Supply and was told that my order had been canceled because they were out of stock (I was not notified). Then they told me that they would sell me another laptop for more money. The good old Bait and Switch, and OH BY THE WAY,none of their refurbished laptops come with an OS (Operating System). Unbelievable.

I received my product according to my order. Had no problems in locating my product. Delivery was in time. I was able to get them on the phone every time i called. Customer Service was very good.

Have had a very unpleasant experience with this company.

8/1: Ordered a PCI-short SCSI card; my credit card is billed and shipment is made the next day.
8/4: Wrong card arrived (PCI long); requested RMA and the correct card.
8/8: Still waiting, requested RMA/replacement again.
8/9: RMA received, Server Supply shipped replacement card.
8/11: Incorrect card #2 arrived...same model again, requested another RMA.
8/19: Still trying to get an RMA and the right card.
8/24: Server Supply shipped attempt #3 to the wrong address; package in limbo somewhere...
8/30: Card #3 has finally arrived and...would you believe it? It was the same incorrect model.

At this point I'd given up on getting the correct SCSI card I purchased. I cut a hole in the box to accommodate the PCI-long card and shipped the other two cards back. UPS confirmed delivery to Server Supply in early Sept.

But wait...the story's not over. 9/29: Server Supply re-bills my credit card for the original order. This morning I informed them that they'll be dealing with my credit card company from this point forward.

If you value your time...stick with a more reputable company.

I've ordered several times from Server Supply. Sometimes I get what I want; sometimes I don't. Sometimes I receive the order when promised, sometimes I don't. Don't purchase anything bulk; odds are you'll regret it. Last time I had to get an accounting manager on the phone to get a refund on drives I returned because they weren't the correct part number.
As another reviewer suggested, call them and verify everything with them on the phone. Make it clear you expect new merchandise in a pristine box or you're returning it.
If you can still get a better price after all that you'll be okay.

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ordered Sony external floppy drive Dec. 27. Site advertised floppy drive for $26.45. Ordered drive to be told- order is back ordered for days. Responded that I would wait. They said fine. Waited until Feb. 7. Saw on their site that the same floppy drive was in stock but of course at a different price now. E-mailed them to ask them if they were honoring my original order placed 6 weeks previously and got this reply: "sorry, you will not see this product in our site any more." What kind of deal is this? Will never ever order from them again or will advise others not to either. Bad treatment of patient customer who waited for order and had to contact them after being told they would contact me.

Delivery speed was fantastic - ordered old Compaq Proliant fan kit (that very, very few other companies even carried) on Monday - wanted them FedExed, got the fans on Tuesday. The fans were the right ones.

False advertisement about size of HDD. Read all info carefully!!! This store advertised a 6GB HDD as a 120GB HDD for $55.

I placed an order for 3 HP 72 gigs Ultra-320 SCSI drives. The ServerSupply by far had the best pricing. The same drives sold on CDW for $499 each, while I was able to get it for $307 each. The ServerSupply had free ground shipping for the order.

I would rate this company a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the highest). I am very wary of internet deals that are $1,000 or $500 cheaper than a known company, such as HP or CDW. Especially when the company is in Queens or Brooklyn. Here is the   Read full review...
