I could not be more impressed with the whole purchase process from Serversupply. I ordered a Print server but needed it shipped to me the next day. I emailed the representative and was surprised that she replied immediately with the solution. Package arrived within 24 hours and was extremely well packaged and in great condition. Because of this wonderful experience, I've since bought another item from Serversupply with the same service. They've earned my trust and my future business!

Completely an awful experience!!! No email/confirmation on the order, etc. after they processed the order but nothing after that.

I ordered a Hard Drive from them which arrived "Dead on Arrival". I contacted them through email (both customer service AND returns) THREE times with no answer. The fourth time, I wrote them that I would contact Better Business Bureau if they did not respond and they immediately called me back that same day. They gave me an RMA (which they asked the reason on two separate phone calls). I called to verify the status (which I asked for a replacement) but nope, just credited my credit card, no answer, no reply, no nothing.

The tech couldn't speak English well enough to understand what I was saying.....awful.

Very attractive, informative, easy to navigate website. Simple to select desired items for order. Emailed confirmations were very thorough with detailed description of the item as well as current tracking information. Knew exactly when to expect item and it arrived quickly, well packaged, and in perfect condition. Good price and excellent service. Recommended!

I ordered a Cisco 877 ADSL router from these guys. They were very good at not pressuring, and promptly getting my order down CORRECTLY. I tried a couple of other places, the first completely lied to me about the availability. I paid a bit more to get it from these guys compared to the top 2 cheapest, but its worth it in the end...I’ll pay a little extra to have a piece of mind and not be hassled on the phone. go with these guys. This merchant may not be the cheapest but they do deliver as they promise on the website. I made a phone call to check on the availability of the items that I was planning to order. Service on the phone was quick and proved to be accurate. I got my order within a week as promised. All items where packed with care and arrived in good condition. Others have great advertisements but don't follow through.

I was amazed with their service. I needed some additional memory for my computer, and, after spending some time looking for the best deal for that particular item, I found it at their store. I placed the order on-line at 2AM on Tuesday, and the same day afternoon I got an e-mail telling me that the item had been shipped (they also provided me with the UPS tracking number). I received the parcel on the next day, Wednesday, around noon. That is, the whole on-line purchase took only 34 hours! The best on-line shopping experience so far!

DO NOT deal with these people!! I called to verify availability of a part, which they told me it was in stock. I then placed the order on their web site only to receive an Email from them the next day informing me that the part was back ordered!! What's wrong with this picture?? I then called to cancel the order and they were very unfriendly. Avoid at all costs! Exceedingly poor customer service.

Most of the times so many stores says that they got the part in stock which is a bluff, so I was very worried as I needed a power supply the very next day I was placing my order. And I got standard overnight shipping as a result my ordered power supply was right on my door next morning. I was very much happy with the shipment. They really care.

I ordered a part for my copier on 8/31/2006, which Server Supply said they had in stock. I immediately received an email response to my online order saying it was backordered. It is now 11/21/2006 and I have never receieved the part or any other communication from them. After waiting almost three months, I bought the part somewhere else. Also, the phone number I was given in the email was not toll-free. It was long distance to New York. Bad form!

Bought two motherboards from them $165 @. Pretty expensive $$$! I could not find the motherboard somewhere else. I found out these boards are marked for India OEM only. One bad thing is there is no cooling fan bracket on the motherboard. So there is nothing to hold the CPU cooling fan. I tried to talk to their technician and they said the technician was not in. I got the same Intel motherboard (Intel official box)from tigerdirect.com for $59.99 a month ago. There is a 20% restocking fee.

An emergency order of SUN server cables - found them on the Internet and figured overnight from NY versus CA would be quicker even though their cost per item was substantially more. UPS did their job exceptionally, but Server Supply missed the boat. Two of the three cables were the right spec, but the third one was not correct and still had a screw in it from a previous install. Called them immediately and was promised a call back - called after the weekend and promised a call back. Called them again and they said they were working on it.

It's obvious. If you want to pay more for a product and get the wrong product then Server Supply Online Store is your store. Pretty simple stuff.

The delivery was made one week after ordering. Unfortunately, I did not receive any e-mail confirmation of the order from Server Supply. I also did not receive any e-mail confirming the shipment or a tracking number. My e-mail inquiry went unanswered, but they were quick to answer the phone and supplied a tracking number when I called.

The unit was packaged very well. I expected a retail boxed version instead of the OEM version I received. The part description wasn't clear on which it would be. I guess the only reason anyone would order this part is to replace an existing one, so the OEM version is just as good.

False Price advertised for thinkpad 570 laptop battery. Shown as $45 with free shipping on dealtime. Actually charges $85!! Can readily buy elswhere for around $50.
