Amazing email communication throughout every step of the ordering and fulfilling process! I received an email confirming the order, an email confirming the item was in stock, an email the item was approved and ready for shipping, and an email (with the UPS tracking number) the item was shipped.
I got two extra emails during the process since I was attempting to ship to a non-business address different from my home/billing address. Nevertheless, I called as instructed, asked about my options, and had the item shipped to my home address. The man answering the phone was apologetic but explained the company had to do this to protect themselves from stolen credit card purchases. He explained the credit card companies faulted him for shipping to the alternate address, so to keep prices low, this was the policy. No harm, no foul, and I understand. Nevertheless the telephone support person was pleasant and promised to send my order to my home address.
The ground shipping was fast and FREE, and the order was received 2 days after I placed it. This is normal shipping time from NY to VA, so there were no delays in shipping like some other companies making you wait 1 or 2 extra days to ship items.
I'll definitely buy from Server Supply again!
