Absolute horror. Placed order online paid with CC 2 days later received e-mail saying my Paypal payment is in the review dept. I didn't pay via Paypal tried calling but that was a joke, no answer, no recording. Sent e-mail which was responded to 2 more days later asking me to call. Again I tried calling them again no answer. So I sent another e-mail letting them know I was going to dispute my CC payment if I didn't hear from them. Another day no response and again I tried to call, this time I was blessed enough to get a person on the phone and was told the order was shipped on Monday. I live 20 minutes from the warehouse and here it is 5 days later and still no Hard Drive. I called today (Friday) was told there was a problem with my paypal payment and the order hasn't been ship. I was fuming and explained I paid via CC and not paypal! I gave up and disputed my payment w/ my CC company. I highly recommend avoiding this company. Terrible communication both phone and e-mail, poor updates, well no updates without threat of disputing CC payment. By the way this is the first time I've written a negative comment but they earned it!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid
