Horrible is the best way to describe sears.com. Bought a boys bike in december for christmas. They shipped girls bike, called and confirmed wrong bike was shipped. They told us we were required to pay for correct bike (boys bike) and they would not refund money for wrongly shipped bike (girls bike). Stupidly we paid for this bike while waiting for sears.com to pick up wrong bike and refund our money. Shipment of correct bike was to take 4-5 business days. Not! Pick up and refund of girls bike would take 4-5 business days. Not! Had to call repeatedly and got different story every time. Finally got ahold of the highest ranking person at sears.com she informed us that she had no boss and she answered to no one. Seems funny though because she couldn't tell us why the girls bike wasn't picked up why the boys bike hadn't been shipped, after waiting 3 weeks, and why we couldn't get our money back. Her explanation was that we had to pay for the second bike because we could possibly be in possesion of both bikes at the same time. Offered to take the wrong bike back to store and that wouldn't work because sears.com and sears are seperate entities according to the maddam wizard of sears.com. After all of the timelines that she gave us had expired then she blamed it on fedex slow delivery times. Although we couldn't trace through fedex only sears.com could. In the end we finally got the right bike and credit on the wrong bike, but our money was in there hands for over 30 days for a mistake they made. I will NEVER EVER shop sears or sears.com again. EVER!
