Terrible experience. I will never purchase from this company again. My intentions were to purchase an ATV for my 8 year old daughter for Christmas. I was advised by one of the sales reps that the 49cc would be a good match for her. Being ATV illiterate I trusted the reps advise and purchased the ATV. After receiving the ATV we noticed immediately that the bike was too small for my child. I called customer service to return it and they informed me that they have a no return policy, nor would they allow me to upgrade to a larger size. I even asked if they would give me a discount off the next size up, still desiring to get a Christmas present for my daughter, and was quickly shot down. They would not even do that, instead Allen, in the Customer Service Department, advised that I try and sell the ATV on craigslist or ebay. They did kindly offer me a discount on a helmet if I purchased another bike through them. What a joke. So at this point I am stuck with a bike that is too small for my 8 year old and too big for my 4 year old. I do not want the hassle of selling this bike. What a pain in the neck. Needless to say I am very irritated with this company. They advertise satisfaction guaranteed, that's nothing more than a joke. Once the sale is made you are stuck. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
