Very Happy.
I buy almost everything on line. I used to shop in the Sam Ash stores and always found them to have the biggest selection in my area so I tried them on line. I got on their email list and waited for a good deal. I made my 1st purchase on line with them about 2 weeks later. Free shipping. My order showed up as promised.
A month later I purchased again, but this time I had some questions so I called. Spoke with Matt who was great. He knew about the product and alternative choices and actually saved me some money on an item I missed when clicking through their site. I now only purchase directly on the phone with Matt. I now get the best of both worlds, someone to answer my questions and the convenience of buying on line.
All of my on line musical instrument business now goes to Sam Ash.
Take all of these reviews with a grain of salt. When in doubt call and order over the phone. Couldn't have been easier or nicer. I wouldn't have ordered based on some of the reviews I read here, but my years of experience with the stores and knowing they had been around since the 20's put me at ease knowing they are not another fly by night anonymous .com.
Highly recommended.
