I called customer service to cancel the order within the allotted time frame and she assured me that she cancelled the order............Well the order was never cancelled and now I must send them back and pay for postage (which was free when I ordered them)...........I really think I should at least get free postage but I hesitate to call.......I think this is totally unacceptable and will not order from them again.........

I actually thought I was getting steel-toed,ESD shoes in extra wide width. I got steel-toed, electrical hazard shoes instead. I really needed the ESD, as it is a requirement at my workplace...we work with electronic component boards. I like the fact that they are wide width also, but so far, are very uncomfortable and hurt my feet and legs alot.

Order was placed online 12:10 p.m. PDT 07/03/08. Product was not shipped until 07/10/08. There was no indication prior to placing order of any delay. Sent email 07/09/08 inquiring about delay. No response. Received email 07/10/08 stating order had shipped. No response to inquiry or explanation of delay; not even an acknowledgement of inquiry. Expect order to arrive 07/15/08. Pricing was good and due to special program available there was no charge for shipping. The only problem, so far, was the unexpected and unexplained delay. Unable to comment on product as it has not arrived.

Dreadful! I do online shopping all the time and never had such a bad experience. They said they were mailing the shoes and they never came. When I called the CSR was very nice and apologized and said they would send out the shoes again. But I think she should have expedited them. As of today, almost a week after my call, I still have no email from Skechers telling me my shoes were shipped. I am ready to just cancel the order and get my money back. I ordered the shoes for camp and summer will be over before I get the shoes! Also, their hours are ridiculous, 8a-1p PST?!

My shopping experience was very good. The 3 pairs of shoes were shipped quickly. I was a little disappointed in one of the shoes because it had spots on it...maybe from some kind of adhesive. I will probably see about exchanging that pair. Otherwise, my experience with Skechers was great. I love their shoes. I have problems with some shoes not supporting my feet enough, but Skechers supports my feet well and gives me stylish options that I didn't have in the past.

I was disappointed that the sandals I ordered were too small (instep), and ordering a larger size probably would not remedy this problem. I will be returning both pairs. Overall it was a good experience though.

I ordered cali-gear along with cali bits. I received the cali-gear shoes, but did not receive the bits. I found when I tried to contact Skechers that it was difficult to actually get someone on the phone. When I finally did get someone on the phone they told me that the calibits were not in stock. I was somewhat discouraged that I had to take the time to call on several occasions to find out this information and that no one had contacted me as well as initiate the credit owed back to me. I then reordered the calibits a week later because my son really wanted them and they were in stock at that time which makes me wonder if they were ever really out of stock. It just seems like some one dropped the ball and I had to take the time to figure out what was going on. Otherwise, I really like the shoes and am moderately pleased with the service.

I do LOVE Skechers shoes. I have had 5 surgeries on my right foot and Skechers shoes are the ONLY shoes I can wear comfortably!!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!!! I especially like the the backless ones.....can't think of the name of them right now....I'm almost 80 years old so I don't worry about not remembering, so long as I have shoes!!

sketchers makes a good shoe. One of the treads was missing when the shoe's arrived, but other than that, I was happy with the product and the additional colored shoelaces for a switch! An overall good experience.

One of the shoes was different on the bottom. I got the vitals for women. On had gold on it the other silver. but only on the sole. So I did not want to go through the hassle of returning.
