The shopping experience was wonderful, but the UPS service was not. Undoubtly there were new drivers that could not locate our address which delayed our receiving the order by 4-5 days and that was only after I went to pick it up myself. As far as the product and the Royal Discount I would definately use them again and have already recommended them to others.

I ordered XP SP1 and then decided to return it (unused) because I discovered that MS was terminating support for it. I asked Royal Discount to exchange it for SP2 and Royal Discount did this quickly without hassle. (I don't remember the sequence, but I actually had two exchanges - both done as buy new and return because I wanted it immediately - returns done as efficiently as purchases.) The shipping was very fast too.

You can judge a company by how it handles returns and customer service, more so than purchases. Royal Discount completely pleased me.

I will definitely order from them again and I recommend them without hesitation because they dealt honestly with me. They have earned my trust.

The merchant does not have a site that automatically knows a returning customer and that they are tax exempt. So the customer is required to either phone the order in or call in after the order is placed online to get the tax refunded.
