I feel helpless and taken advantage of

On June 24, 2003 I placed an order for a swimming suit. I paid for express shipping yet the item did not arrive until Monday, June 30th. When I received the item, I opened it to find that it was damaged.

On July 1st, I emailed the company, they agreed to send me a return shipping label and I could then return the item for free... this has never come. I have emailed them every two weeks, each time I receive an email saying the return shipping label has been mailed to my address which I verify every time. They refuse to reverse the charges until they receive the swimming suit and I refuse to pay to ship it. It is now the middle of August, and they have still not resolved my issue.

To make matters worse it was a swimming suit that I was planning to take on my honeymoon with me. They replaced it with a different item that was to be shipped express on July 2nd. They swore it would arrive by July 8th. It never came, I called customer service and some how they had made an error and didn't put my apartment number on.

In short...I went on my honeymoon without my new swimming suit. I was charged express shipping for two swimming suits. And the company continually forgets to send me a return shipping label for a defective item that I received and paid for. I feel helpless and taken advantage of.
