Ordered a pair of Nike Shox running shoes from them because their of their advertised price. I have run in Nike Shox before, and this was a different shox model. Shoes came after 7 long business days (I live in KS City). Shoes arrived scuffed, and they were in a flimsy bag. Tried on the shoe, found out it wasnt for me because my forefoot hurt after each footstrike on the treadmill. I wore them for less than 5 minutes in my home. I attempted to return them for a full refund as their website states. However, I found out that I would have to pay around $9 dollars for return shipping, and then my refund would be processed in 2 to 3 weeks. Customer service was HORRIBLE. They told me to send them back on via USPS (which would cost me around $13) because that way my refund would be processed faster. They were rude to me over the phone and then tried to sell me on other (more expensive) shoes that they "recommended" for me, not knowing what my foot type, or build was. Their so called "shoe expert" was no more than a junior salesman. So, I ended up paying around 13 bucks just to try on a shoe. I am not surprised to hear other complaints about their poor customer service or shipping. Unless you know exactly what shoe you want/need, do not buy from them. It's not worth the hassle to give them your business and then be spit in the face for being a "bad customer". Thanks for reading my rant and please think twice or use a different website so your honest dollar does not feed this arrogant company. They have a very professional looking website, but it's just an illusion because "inside" this company is terrible.

P.S. Their exchange policy is terrible also because you will always have to pay for each shipping charge and they will only exchange shoes for ones that they recommend. This process took my friend about a month to exchange his shoes he bought from them.
