It was superior, I had in fact ordered a different dryer and then they said it was out of stock, because of a 7 person household and through bad finanicial times and being without a dryer for 6 weeks, we all were devasted with us appliances for not delivering our anticipated dryer. Rainbow delivered promptly and we all were estatic.  We are very happy with our purchase.  We do have other appliances needed but due to our financial crisis we cannot order at this time; A 5000 dollar award for future products would be heaven!
I had heard about Rainbow Appliance through many friends, but to have an appliance delivered in 2 days with an prompt e-mail about the delivery and the shipping company to be right on top of the timeframe of the delivery was such incrediable cutomer service. The delivery personnel were specticular, they brought it in and had it ready within 15 minutes.  They even cut up the box it was in, for easy garbage disposal. The directions and ease of use were directly inside of dryer with everything in order. As a customer service manager for 25 years with a 7 billion dollar corporation, I was so impressed. Your website was accurate and easy to use, your customer service representatives took the time out to go over all the details of this purchase, I was truly impressed at their willingness to research questions I had that they did not know off the top of their head but they accurated answered them. True client committment!
