Their website was easy to use. Unfortunately, my product was shipped UPS and was damaged. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me replacement parts but it took a couple of weeks.

Racks and Stands was a very good expirence. They had what I was looking for at a good price. The s&h was very reasonable unlike other sites I had looked at. The site was easy to use and ordering was easy. Follow up emails reguarding shipping were sent which included tracking information. One item came in 2 days and the other took just a little longer. In truth I cannot say that the product was received on time because it was received way ahead of when it was expected. Everything I received indicated it would be about 2 week from date of order until product was received. I received the product 4 days after it was ordered. That is some of the best and fastest service I have every received. It was great.

I really liked the website graphics on part quality and likelihood that the merchandise would arrive undamaged. The box was shot when it arrived, but due to the good packing (as noted on the Racks and Stands website) there was no damage to the desk. This feature made the online shopping experience much more pleasant and increased my confidence in my decision.

If you're going to show something online, you should know that the product has been discontinued and remove it. I waited 3 weeks only to get an e-mail that the product was discontinued.

Took longer than expected to recieve considering I paid for 2 day air and it took 8 days to get here. The tracking number I was sent was invalid because and I never got to track the process of shipment. Second time ordering through Racks and Stands the first experiance was much better.

I didn't know anything about Racks and Stands until about two weeks ago when I started looking for a great set of speaker stands. I researched everywhere and checked all sorts of sites, but when I found Racks and Stands I was really impressed. First, they have a great web site that operates really great. Second, they have all the best speaker stands and other great electronic furniture I can imagine. Third, they have great prices. Fourth, they have terrific people that are very helpful.
