1. I purchased from this company based on excellent reviews this company had received in the past. I was not disappointed, materials arrived undamaged and appeared all the pieces were there (we haven't assembled yet).
2. Delivery no hassled! The driver was courteous and very helpful (very heavy) to put in safe and easy place to maneuver around product. This is very unusual, I have to hassle almost every delivery company I've encountered.
2. Would order again from them, website easy to browse, purchasing no hassle, product arrived as ordered AND delivery a breeze.
3. Only improvement, a little more description of product I purchased. I had to go to other sites for more detail, but Quality Matters had the best price.
4. Definitely order from them again, especially if use same delivery company.

I called to ask the progress of my order and learned that the company was in the middle of swapping out 2007 models for 2008 ones. The helpful customer service person had the newer model sent directly from the factory to my home without losing any time, and for no extra charges. I still got my microwave within 5 days, and a newer model than what I thought I was going to get. Wonderful service and they called me back when they said they would.

PRODUCT WAS JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AT A GREAT PRICE, WITH FREE SHIPPING. THE LITTLE PROBLEM I BELIEVE CAME FROM UPS, NOT QUALITY MATTERS, SO IT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER TO GET THAN I EXPECTED, BUT ITEM WAS RECEIVED IN GOOD SHAPE, AND WORKS GREAT.

I ordered a dehumidifier from Quality Matters. It arrived in three days. Unfortunately, it was defective. I contacted Quality Matters by e-mail and by that afternoon I was notified that a replacement dehumidifier was on its way. The replacement came two days after my e-mail. I was provided with a return authorization and a UPS pick-up number. The defective unit was picked up by UPS the next day. Very easy and I was extremely pleased with the way it was handled. Excellent company.

I would not recommend this site to anyone. While the product is good the company has no interest in a customer after they have been paid. This company should take a cours in customer sevice.

I came by qualitymatters.com by chance while searching for relatively rare 18" dishwashers. They offered the best price and best shipping cost/method on a high quality brand/model. Site was well organized and easy to use. Minimal critique for not including better documentation (I got on-line manuals from another merchant, this documentation helped me chose a model...). Ordering and delivery process went flawlessly. Dishwasher is good and I am happy customer.

I ordered a soleusair dehumidifier model CFM-40E and it was delivered by FEDEX GROUND with no charge for shipping[that was a plus]. I have used it since delivery and the product is excellent,with a quiet mode with woks for nightime use=It really is quiet. I look forward to many years of use. I contacted costumer service IN ADVANCE to ensure that the product would ship in a timely manner. I was told that it would. I ordered the product. I watched the website tracking for three days, seeing "Order Pending". I finally got fed up waiting for the status to change and called custumer service. I was told the warehouse often didn't bother to update the tracking info on the website, even after an order had shipped, and that the order had most likely gone out. A few hours later I recieved a follow-up call: the item hadn't shipped, was out of stock, and would not be restocked for at least four months. Would I like to buy a (inferior) product at a similar price, in spite of having three days of my time wasted? I declined that offer. My inconvenience wasn't offset with an offer of free shipping, or any other consideration. The woman I spoke to was polite and apologetic, but none-the-less couldn't actually get me the product I had ordered. Also, I was not notified that the item was out of stock: no one felt the need to tell me that for three days. It wasn't until I called that this information was relayed to me. Terrible coordination between website and warehouse and customer service. Will never consider ordering from again, and will actively discourage friends from having their time and energy wasted in a similar manner.
Also, for the record, this is my second "customer service" survey since this order. I'm now officially tired of telling you how poorly your company works. Do something about it or leave me alone.

After receiving my confirmation notification on 8/14/07, my order remained in "Pending" status until I initiated contact with Quality Matters Customer Service on 8/21. At that point, customer service responded with the explanation that the manufacturer was having some system error problems. I would have preferred a pro-active approach from Quality Matters to investigate why an order is in pending status for a week rather than me having to point it out. I wonder how long it would have taken them to notice had I not notified them. To their credit however, once I contacted Customer Service, they were polite and prompt and I received the microwave soon thereafter.
