i've bought phones over the internet before and I always get screwed with customs because the items are shipped fromt the US. PureMobile has a Canadian store that ships from Canada (PureMobile.ca). I needed a phone for my girlfriend's birthday, but I was worried I will not get it on time as I had one day only. I bought a Motorola V620 and I got what I expected. In addition to that a USB cable came with the phone, that was totally outstanding: I saved $25 USD. Also, they offered different shipping options. I chose express shipping and I got my phone in 5 days. Totally suprising as usually eBay purchases and others take like 2 weeks.

I recently bought a S300 from Pure-Mobile and after 3 days the phone was in my hands. I couldn't believe it. I am so busy at work that I do most of my shopping online. Although I tend to always use eBay, I've had so many bad experiences that I decided to buy from an online store.

I decided to buy from Pure-Mobile just because of their prompt customer service. They answered my e-mails within minutes (don't know how they do it). Once I placed my order I was guided through every step of it with e-mails updating me of the status (quite impressive as well, you don't get that on eBay!).

I am relatively new at online shopping. I found out about pure-mobile.com through Froogle, and was very impressed with their pricing. I was interested with some of the new Motorola phones but wasn't too sure about the differences between all the V series. I asked their live support and got an answer instantly! They helped me out in choosing the best valued phone. I finally chose the V525, ordered it, and received it within 3 days.

I got exactly what I expected. However, I needed some help configuring the GPRS settings for my carrier. I asked live support once more and they helped me set it up. The whole process took about 5 minutes, and I got my browser to work just fine.
