***Disappointed Proflowers Customer***
I ordered my mother a wreath for Mother's Day. When she recieved it, it looked nothing like the one I ordered from the website. The flowers were wilted and it was very thin compared to the one on the website. The picture on Proflowers.com shows a full wreath covered with pretty pink flowers. However the one my Mother received had 3 orange roses and a couple of single pink flowers. I was very disappointed. And thats not to mention the prices. Proflowers is known for advertising cheap prices but they forget to mention all the extra expenses that triples the price by the time you check out. It is in fact very pricy for what you receive.
Im sure Proflowers is a great business but they should give their customers what they order. Or at least notify them if the flowers they choose are not in stock. I ordered the "Pink Garden Wreath" specifically for the color because it matched my Mother's taste. But had I known it was an "orange, white, and purple wreath" I would have ordered something else. I could have gotten something bigger and fuller for the price I paid after shipping and taxes.
A friend of mine had a bad experience with Proflowers in the past as well. Unfortunately I found out about this after my personal experience. I wish I had known sooner. Which is why I choose to share my experience.
