This is as i wrote it to their comments email.
I tried your service back in April and not only did you get my orders messed up which were both going to the same address and ordered at the same time (one came early morning and the other after the close of business) .... go figure. To add insult to injury, the first order had the wrong vase and the second order had wilted flowers.You sent the right vase 2 weeks later and replaced the wilted flowers later as well. As you can imagine the thrill was gone. Now lets fast forward to May for Mothers Day and I have decide to give you another chance and I go on-line as a
repeat customer and try to order
3 more arrangements from you. First your website says my email ...the same email that you overload with your offers everyday, is invalid, causing me to have to call you. In the conversation I'm basically told to call and have the email and password reset but not to expect too much because others have done that and it still didn't work...now that's promising. Thinking that I may as well wade through the mess and get this done anyway the young lady with the screaming kid in the background in an effort to kick me while I'm down decides to add more insult and said "sir we will have to charge a greater rate for delivery ,$70 for the two going to the same fricking address and an additional $35 dollars for the other since you screwed around with us too long on the internet and the phone , trying to fix our mess up and have fallen beyond our cut off for normal delivery". Pro Flowers, thanks but no thanks.Rest assured you won't have a third chance with Benji Humphrey BTW-if there is a anti-PF blog out there this will be added.
