Although communication about shipping wasn't as forthcoming as I had thought it should be, the day that I went to track it, was the day it was arriving...so I was happy with it. I wouldn't have had to track if I knew it was arriving that day BUT, because it was arriving that very day...i was VERY happy.

I was unexpectantly charged for extra customs which was not made clear at the time of purchase. Because popular glasses used UPS delivery i had to pay the customs AND a UPS admin fee of 13.50euro. this pushed the cost of the product up by 38.55euro which made it more expensive for me to buy the sunglasses online with popularglasses than in a shop.

everything was very good. my only comment if the merchandise arrived a little crooked; not sure if it was due to packaging or if there was an inherent issue with the item. they are glasses and easily re-shaped so i'm not terribly concerned.

I have order 2 pairs of sunglasses from the 04/23/2008 I have paid for them and I haven?t received them yet. Sorry but this is unprofessional. You must has tell me for the delay to know what I would do.

They knowingly sent the wrong size frames as they did not have the correct size. I called them and they promised to reimburse me the shipping cost to send them back. They stated they had the correct size in stock and would re-ship them after I send the first pair back, I sent them back the same day. 20 days later, no frames arrived. I called back and they said the order is quote "Still processing" When I pushed the issue, they said their waiting to get them from Italy!. After being lied to so many times, I cancelled the order and asked for my shipping cost. They said they could NOT refund the shipping cost because the "system" does not allow it. This is a company that will tell you ANYTHING you want to hear. They accept NO responsibility. I finally spoke to the supervisor "Steven" and he said he would send me a check, OK, that was over a month and a half ago, where is it Steven? Liars.

Stay away!!!! This place is a complete scam. They will charge your card and hold the charge for days before shipping your order. Their customer service will charge you 20% restocking even if your order is new and didnt ship yet. Beware of these guys. Pay more at a reputable shop.Some people even claim to receiving used glasses.

My questions by eMail have been answered just in time and friendly, the order was processed very quickly and sunglasses I bought arrived in good condition (except 1 "rhinestone" is already missing). terms and conditions were easy to understand and to handle, price is very fair. I faxed in a document for reimbursement for my insurance. I have not received and I was given no timeline for when I might. Also, the glasses looked like a display pair. I should have been told that's what I was getting. There is a hairline scratch on the frame. Not enough to send them back, but not 100% perfect.

Order placed on May 3, until today (May 18) the item is not even shipped. No feedback whatsoever, I need to call (What seems to be very disturbing if you do...) to hear about the status, they said it would be shipped last week, wich doesn't seem to be the case. A lot of do's and dont's but Popularglasses does simply nothing at all. I will file a plaint at my credit card cy if the shipment doesn't take place this week. PopularGlasses is a disaster!

anyone placing orders with this site must be a moron, since they are completely lack of any service; they did not deliver my frames, they were lies to me that they will ship in couple of days, and that for 1 month evry 2-3 days when I was checking the status of the order.

Finally, after getting automated answers, they said that they are sorry and they will refund me - only after I told them that I will start a legal action for fraud over internet. But these cheaters should have told me honestly from the beginning that they don't have in stock, I would have bought it form somewhere else.

Very poor customer service. Product was not in stock. They ordered it from the vendor but it never got to them. It has been 20 days and still haven't gotten the product. However, they decided to charge my credit card. I have decided to cancel the order, get my refund on the credit card and take my business elsewhere. I will never ever do business with this company again.

it took over 2 months from the time I place my order to the time I received my glasses. I called several times about my order. Some of the sales personnel were helpful while others were rude, defensive, and not willing to listen. I finally received my eye glasses in the mail yesterday. They were damaged. The paint on the rims was grossly chipped. I am exchanging them, hopefully I receive an acceptable product if anything at all.

I receive the Chanel sunglasses just fine, in perfect conditions and with the proper waranty papers. But the Gucci suglasses came with a little scratch on one lens (I cleaned it up several times to make shure), and a part of the temple seemed scratch too, like they were worn before. And it didn´t come with authentication papers or warranty.

The service was fabulous and received the order shortly after payment had cleared. It would be helpful if they deleted the stock they no longer had or that had been discontiued, otherwise you dón't know if you'll get the order. I oredered two pairs of sunglasses and only received one as I didn't know theothers had been deleted. I was a bit disappointed. Otherwise, I will be ordering from them again. Thanks

I usually buy at popularglasses, and they were alway on time. Only the last time I did a purchase, it take more than expected time to arrive. I callle them and they explain to me that they did not have the sunglasses I wanted and the ask to the manufactor.. It take a long time to arrive in my house.
