I love PlanetShoes.com! I've told all of my friends, family, and coworkers about your site, including my chiropractor. I have shared catalogs that I have received by mail with them and have directed them to your website. The site is great for comparing fashionable yet comfortable environment friendly shoes. To date I have not found another site that is so comprehensive. A friend of mine is an avid golfer and because of this site I was able to explain the differences between shoes designed strictly for ground performance compared to those designed for body posture performance as well. I have never encountered a problem whatever. The price quoted has always been the same as what has stated on the website, delivery has always been exactly what was stated and in some cases sooner, and the order has always been accurate. Even when I have had to return an item there was not a problem at all. And the same was true when I needed to make an exchange for size. I returned the shoes using the same packaging in which they came and the new shoes arrived within 10 days of their receipt. My account was credited accurately and timely and there was no problem. It is a site that I am definitely comfortable using.
