The web site was easy to use. Price and selection left a little to be desired. The shipping company took two extra days to find my address. Instead of calling, they sent a postcard. The address was correct, but it is a new development and is not on Mapquest yet. If the carrier or PetSmart had called the phone number provided, the order would have arrived on time. I had to call the carrier and provide directions. If an exception is made to a package, the carrier should try calling the company who in turn should call the customer. Postcards can get lost in the mail. It's impersonal and BAD customer service. I work with these issues everyday. This is the excepted proceedure and is the expected level of customer service.

I purchase most bird food related items from PetSmart Online instead of my local PetSmart store because the same items are less expensive and fresher. When I stock up, I get free shipping. I have never had a problem when buying from PetSmart.com.
