I have always had good results ordering from PetsMart.com in the past. So I got on-line and ordered 2 cases of cat food - I ordered 24 cans in all, which would mean that there were 12 cans per case, or as I sometimes get-- 24 cans per case, and when I'd order from them in the past, these cans of pet food always came shrink wrapped, inside a well padded box.
Well, this time I received ..... a HUGE shipping box, inside of which were 24 DENTED cans of pet food all ROLLING around inside this shipping box. I had also ordered a bag of Tooth Chews -- there they were -- inside the shipping box -- many of the tooth chews inside their bag were smashed.
SIX of the pet food cans were so badly dented that I did not want to risk using them.
And, I got the extra added bonus of SOMEONE ELSE's INVOICE, floating around inside that box.
Who packed this mess -- some underpaid disgruntled employee? An automated packing machine? Aliens from space?
So I called their Customer Service and they apologized and said they would send me replacement cans of food.
So I got the replacement cans of pet food, this time in a smaller box -- but, just like my previous order the DENTED cans were rolling around inside the box.
Poor service -- DISAPPOINTED -- What Happened, PetsMart???
