PC Universe is without doubt the worst Online store I have ever tried to deal with. I have had continual contact and purchase from on line stores both direct and through eBay for about 11 and 8 years respectively. PC Universe is the most abysmal experience I have ever had. Towit. I had two sales canceled without reason and no answer to any of my questions, delivery was to be to a relative in New York. It was within their advertised sales policy. Not one email to sales or customer service has been answered, all returned as undeliverable email, something that has never happened before and a new experience for me, I even tried my secondary email address, same result. I know they do not export, but it seems that if there is an out of US ISP their web site holds the email for 4 days then returns it. They don't even have the decency to respond with a polite decline to service.
Would I recommend PC Universe, Yes I would make a recommendation, I would recommend that you shop elsewhere. To those who wish to take up shares in an organization, I suggest your money would be better invested almost anywhere else.
