Never buy clothes from Overstock!  I just bought three items of clothing and had to return each one.  That's not the problem.  The problem is the insane automatic shipping charges and restocking fees.  They set me up with labels, but it was silly to return each item by itself so I sent them using my own shipping method and was still charged for their return method.  I complained and they did take care of the charges, but I shouldn't have had to complain in the first place.  The e-mail they sent was not even polite. It pointed out how wrong I was and basically told me I should feel blessed to get my $24 back.

A big part of the problem was the sizing.  I know my size and measured.  I even ordered big just to make sure.  The clothes were listed as 2X in the plus size section, but my friend who wears a size 12 said they were even tight on her.  Very disappointing. 

I've purchased non-clothing items before and have always been satisifed, but after this fiasco and poor customer service I won't be buying from them again.  Stay far, far away if you think there is any chance you'll need to return an item.
