I have purchased optics and, lately gun leather from Optics Planet.They are consistent and always the best price on the net. I will be ordering some Crimson Trace Laser Grips next. Their prices and shipping are best, by far. If something happens to be on backorder, they will promptly inform you and let you know when shipping is expected. They let you know when shipped, and send follow up email to ensure satisfaction. You can't go wrong.

Highly recommended!!!   Customer service is better than perfect!  I accidently ordered the wrong item.  Everyone was super helpful and provided me with the phone number of  the manufacturer so I could obtain the correct part number. Quick expedition, Track & Trace, navigatable and informative homepage ... but if buying from the EU, be aware that you will have to pay customs. I forgot all about it, and have payed approx. 30% on top in customs taxes (denmark). Still cheaper than store prices, though.

Always top notch in their products, packaging, and shipping. However, one of the most important benefits offered by their company is the truly expert advice that is available on components, systems, and compatibility. On this purchase, it was assembling the right rifle/scope/rings arrangement, and as usual, the advice and the end result are both right on the money. Absolutely excellent customer service when buying a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered my first pair of prescription sunglasses here and the sales staff spent a lot of time explaining different options and features.

Fast forward a year later and the outer coating suddenly wore off one lens. One day the coating was fine, the next day it was gone.

I called and OpticsPlanet initially told me that my one year warranty had just expired -- which it had. I pointed out that since it took 2-3 weeks to make and deliver that I had actually possessed them less than a year. As you can see, we were in a grey area.

They sent me a completely new pair of glasses, even expedited the shipping, under the warranty. That's great customer service from initial purchase through warranty repair.

Opticsplanet is my first choice on the web for optics and accessories. They offer a wide selection, what should be guaranteed lowest prices because I've never found the same item offered at a lower price elsewhere, and fast, free shipping. And they email special offers on items I actually want to buy. Opticsplanet has sister sites that sell tactical gear as well with the same wide selection, low prices and free shipping. I have purchased several items and I am very satisfied.

I ordered a foam insert for a Pelican case and a pair of gloves in my size. I received free shipping because the order was more than $30.

The gloves didn't fit. (Chinese made. Cut too small.)

I got an RMA and paid to send the gloves back for exchange for the next size up. Because the gloves cost only $29, OpticsPlanet tried to charge $7 to ship the new pair to me.

OpticsPlanet policy is that you must pay for shipping both ways! That's not normally how mail-order exchanges are handled. And, even after explaining the situation to them, Customer Service refused to waive the shipping fee--even though my item's value was only $1 below the cut-off. So, I canceled my order. My money to send the gloves back to them was completely wasted.

There are many sites on the Internet, with more civilized exchange policies and reasonable Customer Service departments, that carry the same products available at OpticsPlanet. I suggest you consider them first.

Website is great, selection is awesome.  Customer service is mediocre at best.  Customer is at fault until optics planet is proven responsible.  Everything is fine when the item is in stock and turns out to be what your are looking for.  If you are doing at lot of business with Optics Planet and anythings comes up that requires help from their customer service get ready for frustration.

My first order experience with Optics Planet was great. I placed my order early on a Wed. morning and at noon on Thur. my order was sitting on my front porch. This fast service has made me a repeat customer and I will be placing another order with them soon.

I made two purchases from the Optics Planet, and both times the orders were promptly processed and delivered. Unfortunately, the first product was defective, but the return process was easy and the turn around time was acceptable. The second order went without a hitch, and I am happy with both items I ordered from them.

One down side is that their email system is not 100% efficient. I did not get a confirmation email on the first order, or one to acknowledge the return, however a shipping confirmation email was sent out for both the original order and the replacement order. The second order was made using PayPal, and I did get a confirmation email that time.

I placed the order at 2:00PM, by 4:00PM I got an email saying my order had shipped. It was here the next day. What a surprise! The binoculars delilvered as I had expected. Amazing optics !!! Outperforms ALL its competitors (compared to Nikon Monarch ATB/KOWA BD/PERL Escape) in brightness and clarity, and, morehover, on resolution : uncredible ultra razor-sharp and crisp images on the center of its very wide FOV (65°). On this point, they can easilly compete with the top-notch LEICA Ultravid I owned !!!

A week after the purchase I'm happy.  The Bushnell holosight arrived promptly (within 4-5 days of ordering) and was as advertised.  Worked fine out of the box (it came with the required 2 batteries which I appreciated) and worked as it should.  Put it on a flat-top AR and it seemed to be a little off zero (per bore sighting), some people say theirs comes very close to zero.
No matter though, bore sighted it, took it to the range and finished zeroing it in.  Very nice!  I like the holosight config better than the high-up tube red dot sight I used to have, this takes up less room and can easily be co-witnessed with my flip-up backup iron sights.  I've only had it for a week but so far it has held its zero on several range visits and is working well.

This is my second from Optics Planet and I'm pleased.  (My first purchase of an inexpensive Konus spotting scope wasn't as good, but that's because it's a low-end peice of kit, not because Optics Planet did anything wrong.  On that purchase, the merchandise arrived quickly and in as good shape as it left the Konus factory)

I have used this company a number of times and everytime the experience has been the same...Great! The website is easy to navigate and to find items and it seems they have everything. I've never looked for an item and wasn't able to find it. Deliveries are fast and free for all of my orders and they keep the customer informed as to the status of their order by e-mail.
