My shopping experience was fine, just not stellar. I was a bit frustrated that I spent an additional amount for shipping and handling and yet the product did not leave the warehouse until 5 days later. It's not worth it to pay extra for shipping when it still will not get to you earlier.

I truly appreciated how quickly my order was processed and shipped. I ordered it early in the week and received it by the weekend (which was when we were celebrating Christmas instead of the actual date). So I had it in time to give to her!

the people on the phone were friendly and amenable. i have not yet received my order. tape that i ordered from another dealer came last week. i ordered them the same day. also, i have since found the same tape for $20 less including shipping. so i will probably go with that company in the future.

Made an error on my on-line purchase, so I e-mailed, faxed and called them the next day. They had received my info and was re-processing as I asked. That was awesome. Only wished they would have called me as I asked to say they got the change order as sent to them so I wasn't worried the next day whether I was too late to change. However, they got it,and I didn't get a wrong order shipped, so I'm happy. Item was competitively priced, and shipping terms reasonable.

Haven't received mu purchase yet even though my credit card was already charged. Merchant says items usually ship within 2 or 3 weeks which I thought was a very long time these days. But, I ordered the items anyway because they had what I wanted and a fair price. There is no way to track my order online. In response to the last question, I only answered yes based on the site having what I wanted and availability was not anywhere else. I do alot of online purchasing and this is the most somewhat frustrating site I have done business with. I'm sure I'll get my items but the question is when.

I looked up what I wanted to purchase on-line and found those items at your site. I ordered, it was in stock & I received e-mails regarding when my purchases would ship. Then follow-up e-mails were sent that the items were actually shipped and what day to expect them. These items were sent from 2 different warehouses so they were not received on the same day, but that's okay, I expected that since that information was in the e-mails sent. My fragile merchandise was packaged with care. I will be using OnLine Sports in the future and will recommend this site to every one that I know who needs something having to do w/sports mdse. Ad misleading - thought I was ordering a full FOOTBALL helmet, when received only got the faceguard. Placed order for helmet on phone with customer service rep who assured me would match the faceguard. Received a BASEBALL batter's helmet. Sent email reference returning items and refund. Waiting to hear back from that. Will be upset if have to pay shipping to return AND not reimbursed for the item sent in error. Have spent a total of $52.50 and waited over a month to receive the wrong item.

I was a little dissapointed because I ordered two autographed pictures together and only one was sent.I called and the lady I spoke with said yeah I see you ordered two and they only sent one,so anyway the other was sent,but I was giving it as a birthday gift sometimes there is no time for mistakes when there is a time limit to recieve for gift giving.Had I not called I would have not gotten it ,but I was charged for it ! They assumed it was sent according to the lady I spoke with ! So had i waited thinking it was a split order I would have never gotten it lucky for me I called.Its just customers do not like that kind of inconvenience that is why I ordered online to not have to make calls and waste time.Even my first order of the entertainment chair came with a crushed box but atleast it came although it took forever it did finally come.Thanks

The customer service, both via telephone and email, were excellent. The price was reasonable and the merchandise of expected quality and promptly shipped. My experience was wonderful! I got the ball I had been trying to find for two years. My husband will be so surprised come Christmas! There was a slight problem with my credit card information, but I received a phone call as soon as this was found and they corrected very quickly.
