I did ordered "Big Screen Entertainment Center 37" - 60" Standing TV (SE-BE0643)" looking at the picture shown on the website. However when I received the product, it was not what I was expecting as there was something missing which was shown in the picutre. I did called the customer service of oneway and told that it looks like something is missing from the package. She also thought that there is something missing which was shown in the picture and she did called manufacturer to clarify this. As per manufacturer it was not part of their product and was the part of TV which is not delivered with this entertainment centre. But since the image was misguiding, oneway did paid for round trip shipping cost and sent me "Black 27" TV Metal Entertainment Center Wall Unit (SE-BE0644)". Everything was real quick and I would rate their customer service as Excellent. I would definitely shop again on oneway.

I received the correct product, but one of the glass doors was broken. I emailed customer service with a description of what I bought and that the packing did not appeared damaged. I was immediately phoned and emailed. The replacement part arrived yesterday. I would use this company again because of their excellent customer service.

I am 120% DISSATISFIED with their service. I have called and e-mailed numerous times with no response. Their "Customer Service" department is non-existent!!! Their customer service skills are unacceptable!!! I do not want to give my business to such an inept company. I am no longer willing to conduct business with them!!! I will NEVER, EVER buy from them again!! I would never recommend them to anyone that I know. I am going to give my business to one of their competitors. I would rather pay more for an item than to go through the hassel of dealing with a company like ONE WAY FURNITURE!!

Placed an order and within an hour of the order sent a message to them through their contact form about a potential change to the order. Never heard back. Also called and left messages repeatedly (no one ever answers the phone there) and never a call back.
Finally did a WHOIS on their website and got the email for the person that registered the domain name and sent an email to him. He responded quickly and said he would escalate my desire to speak with someone to the operations manager. Still no callback. |

The item ordered took over two weeks to be received. There was a problem in the assembling of the item. It took many e-mails and many phone call to get a replacement. I recieved the replacement over two months later. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift instead it was given to the children late February. The original order was on Dec 13, 2005, I'm still trying to solve the problem to this date.(March 13, 2006) I'm trying to return the damaged item, I can't get an address for the return. The products arrived on time or ahead of the expected time as I ordered 3 items (two couches and a bar). The BIG issue is that I was told it would be "white glove" delivery but when the delivery company arrived they were horrible and told me it was not marked as such. Oneway get back to me after about 48hrs and said they would credit me if I would take the delivery as is. I did take it but it was a pain in the long run. Also I was to receive 8 free bass shakers but I only got 4 of them.

The item I ordered was discontinued and no longer available. I did not know this at the time of purchase - I received an email a few days later. I wish that I had known that the item was unavailable at the time of purchase. I did, however, appreciate the 5% discount I received in the email. I have subsequently ordered my second choice jewelry box with this discount. I hope that it is available and will arrive soon.

When I got my table and chairs, the table was damaged, not from shipping , but from the manufacturer. I called and had a hard time to ever talk to someone. Left a message and Greg returned my call, left a message for me and gave me his e-mail address. I e-mailed him and told him of the damage. I received a message from him the next day that the defective table would be picked up and a new one was ordered for me. In 5-6 days I had my new table. Was impressed with their return policy - no questions asked. The new table and chairs are

My experience was excellent. It was easy to locate what I was looking for on the web site, easy to order, and sent out very quickly. The fact that I was also able to get free shipping was a plus.
