i bought the slipper sock and the threat came off, leaving me with a sock instead of a slipper sock. also bought the jungle boogey booties which i had to return because the were not true to the size and one step ahead sent the wrong animal print. im very dissatisfied with my purchase.

When I ordered the products everything was fine, but then I received an email saying that one of the products were no longer available. Well, since the products went together, I called and cancelled the other half of the order. After I did that, I received a phone call from a representative wanting to know why I cancelled because they have the items. I indicated that I received the email that it was not available anymore. She asked me to forward that email to her and that she would process my order. The following day, I received my order.

I Have been very pleased with One Step Ahead. The travel highchair just seems that the table won't be strong enough when my grandson grows a little bigger - seems a little flimsy.

I thought the shopping experience was overall great. They had a great selection of Halloween costumes to choose from and their products are made of good quality material for a competitive price. The only complaint I would have is that they did run out of sizes fairly quickly and were not getting any more in for the season. I was unable to get my son's actual costume from them and had to purchase it at another store because they ran out of his size rather quickly and when I placed a call was told they would not be getting anymore which was a little disappointing. I am hapy with the accesories though.

However, the Halloween costume that I wanted originally was not available, which I was a little disappointed about being that I tried to place an order immediately after first seeing it in the magazine. One week after placing order online, I was sent an e-mail that my order was on backorder and was given the new expected mailing date. On that day I called to check on the order and was told that the order still wasn't received. I needed that costume by a certain date so I had to cancel my order and find something else somewhere else. Also, could not track order online. No tracking information given on order confirmation e-mail.

It was a good experience, the only complaint we might have is that the colors of the hat and mittens were not the same even though they were the same colors ordered and in the costume there were small holes in a couple of places but it will be worn only a couple of times so they should not cause a problem. Thank you
