They have a great web site, a wide assortment of office furniture, and good prices. One feature I haven't seen anywhere else is free color samples. Colors on a computer screen can be misleading, so they will send you a small swatch of the actual finish at no charge. They are easy to reach by phone and pleasant to deal with. Delivery is a whole other thing. For residential delivery, unless you pay extra for "inside delivery," you generally must be home to receive it and must carry it in yourself. I read the delivery information on their web site, which says, "if the heaviest box on your order is over 200 lbs., inside delivery will be provided at no additional charge." I ordered two item, one of which was slightly over 200 pounds, so I thought I was all set. But when I got the email confirmation, it said I would need to carry it in. I called the company; they apologized and said they would arrange for inside delivery. When the truck arrived, my wife was home alone and the driver said no one had said anything to him about inside delivery. He had no help with him and was not supposed to move heavy objects alone, but he kindly wrestled it into the garage. My wife called the company. They apologized and offered to refund the $96.50 shipping charge. We just opened the cartons in the garage and carried the furniture in in pieces, so I thought the refund was a good deal. So it all worked out OK after a little bit of hassle and we saved some money. I would order from this company again. Just be prepared for problems with delivery.
