Although the website indicated the product was available for immediate shipping 12/14, I ordered it and received an e-mail on evening of the 22nd of December that it had been sent,eight days later. This was especially disappointing since it was ordered and requested to be shipped as a gift.There is no response from the customer service via e-mail or phone. The answering machine is full and it appears I'm not the only dissatisfied customer. Run from this one as quick as you can.

Overall it was an average expeirience. A couple weeks after I placed the order, and over a week after my credit card had been billed, I called them to ask about the order's status and they said they'd check into it and call or email me; however, they did neither. A couple days later, after not hearing from them, I called again. Again I was told that they'd look into it and reply to me. Two days later, the item arrived; however, they never actually replied to me by either email or telephone. Regardless, they should have phoned or emailed me as they said they would. Also, they're web site states that the customer's credit card wouldn't be billed until the order was shipped. In my case, they billed my credit card when they asked their supplier to "drop ship" the item to me. Since the item wasn't dropped shipped until well over a week later, my card was billed prior to the item actually shipping.

My brother sent me a link to the shirt he wantsed for xmas - I clicked it, ordered it and of the orders I placed, it was the first to arrive - maybe even ahead of time! The box was a little damaged, but the shirt looked fine. I gave it to my brother for Christmas and he loved it - I think it was a little different than he expected - kind of rubberized, or something, but he still liked it. He's 6'6" and requested the XL, I think, but the shirt looked like it might have fit better were it a little longer - not sure if you have an XLT option? I wouldn't hesitate to purchase something from the company again. Very smooth transaction. Thanks.
