Ordered two new Motorola H710 Bluetooth Headsets and received them.  One was factory original and works just fine.  The other was broken and clearly used by someone else since it had scratches on it and the battery was partially charged already.  Returned the defective one for a replacement.  Received another used one but this one had scratches on the button and was dirty with oil, gunk, and ear wax on it.  Very disgusting.  It had a photo copied instruction booklet in black & white instead of Blue like the factory original.  It came from the RMA Warehouse address and not the Sales warehouse also so it was just resold as new.

Opened a Better Business Bureau complaint against the company because of their practice of selling broken or used products as new.

Their policy stated that a signature would be required for delivery in case of shipping damage. The package was left with no signature, and the box was very damaged. Fortunately, the product itself was not damaged. Otherwise I am very satisfied.

Burchased a camera accessory for $60 when it should have cost $230 hoping for the best and I would return it if it was wrong. Paid via paypal. Item received very timely but the item was incorrect as suspected. I called them and they requested I open the box, which I had not, to verfy serial number over the phone. They verified it was the wrong item over the phone and issued RMA and return postage instantly via email.

I sent it back and they refunded the price of the item but not the cost of shipping. (I selected expidited shipping and the total was $10.) I sent an email requesting shipping to be refunded due to their mistake and the next day they refunded the shipping too. I do not think I should have to ask for shipping refund of an item they sent incorrectly, but at least I got it all back. Not a bad experience.

Shipping /  Delivery process doesn't meet expectations when you compare to most other online stores.  Their stated policies are to use a DHL to USPS handoff for free shipping items in 5-7 business days.  If you don't like it you're told to pay for premium shipping services.

By comparison, companies that use USPS for their basic service have a novel idea by just sending items USPS directly saving many days in the process for customers near their shipping sites.

Many other companies offering similar products offer free shipping via UPS Ground with much faster results.

Before you buy, check their own hosted Forum, just don't think about posting a criticism or you'll get blasted by one of many self appointed experts.

Consider the total cost and convenience before your buy from this company vs other online or local retailers.

    I ordered a notebook on thursday before 10 am with "rush processing" (same day processing) and overnight shipping. On friday around 12 noon  I get a call from their verification department to verify my order. So my hopes to get it on friday or saturday were killed off, but i was still hoping to get it on monday. Guess what ... monday passed and nothing ... I called FedEx to check on the tracking number and they said that newegg never shipped out the package. Ofcourse at that point I called newegg and canceled my order cuz I was suppose to leave oversea on tuesday.
    When I told newegg what's happening, they told me that their policy and agreement explain what happend so I told them it would be nice to put next to rush and overnight "at least 4 days backed by policy agreement" so others know not to use newegg for overnight orders cuz they are not serious about this. 
CONCLUSION:  THEY MEST UP MY GIFT.

This customer service SUCKED!  I am going to write as much on pricegrabber, epinions, and other sites.  The shipping speed said 2-3 days GUARANTEED, and after I purchased at Newegg over Amazon, I get a receipt saying, "Oh, by the way, it might take an add'l two days to process and ship your order."  What a load of crap.  I need the thing by Tuesday to prepare for court, and this is what I get!  At checkout, there was an "expedite shipping" option for an add'l $3, but I didn't think I needed it since there was already a 3 day GUARANTEE.  CSR didn't offer ANY mechanism of speeding the order up, just quoted the canned language of shipping policy.  BS customer service!!!!  This paragraph is exactly what I'm going to paste on the company review websites, but I will give you 24 hours to take corrective action to include with my review.

I found Newegg.com through a Google search on the item I wished to purchased. Newegg.com had the item at the best price, and had FREE 3-Day shipping, which can't be beat. There also was no sales tax because it does not have a business location in NYS, which also was attractive. It was a great transaction and I would definitely buy from them again.
