Ravis Tailor is great. The construction, and quality of their garments are impressive.  The stitching is beautiful. The fit? Great!  I used to work at a Men's clothing store, we sold custom suits and shirts at prices way above Ravis Tailor's. I have a custom suit from that store, priced at about $1300, and the suit I had made from Ravis Tailor is way better. I definetely recommend trying a custom suit.

For the price you pay for a suit from Ravis Tailor, it would be difficult to get something close to it at a department store. Even if you can find something that fits you great, try requesting how many buttons you want, whether you prefer a center or double vent jacket, if you want back pockets on your pants, slanted jacket pockets, actual working sleeve buttons, etc. Trust me, going custom is the way to go. Try getting a suit off the rack that's the same quality and construction as a Ravis Tailor suit. Also when you purchase a genuinely custom made garment, how many other people will you ever find that have the same exact clothes? I'd say the chances of that happening are slim to none.

Customer Service

The customer service from Ravis Tailor is great. They reply quickly and professionally. They kept me updated regarding the order, and even shipped the items before they said they would. Actually the order arrived before they said it would be shipped, haha.

Suggestions for Improvement:

The clothing is great.  I think the website ordering process could be easier. Perhaps a new site design. Simple is better. It can be difficult to place an order, but not impossible. The site's design definetely does not do the clothing's quality and company's service justice.  I'm a graphic designer and would be glad to help them improve the site appearance...

Overall, Ravis Tailor is awesome. If you want to try custom clothing, definetely try Ravis Tailor. I highly recommend them.
