great product - website slightly confusing - they make up w/ real-time online customer support though - support staff was excellent and friendly and super-helpful - also: customer support alerted me to the fact that initially I had ordered the wrong mount for my TV and canceled my order - and then told me via email, which mount I need to order for my model of TV - I am very impressed w/ the staff/customer support - as well as the product and the time in which my order was turned around - will recommend merchant to my friends and buy again from any time...
