Terrible customer service. Avoid this web based business!!!

We asked if all the items we wanted to purchase were in stock? The reply was yes. We asked if they would ship that day as we needed the items within 10 days? We were told no, it was too late in the day, but that they would ship the following day. We stated it was imperative that we receive the items as soon as possible. The moderndanish representative assured us it would ship the following day.
We placed the order relying on the items being received by us /- 10 days. Entirely realistic. We received e-mail notification the items were shipped A FULL WEEK after the order was placed. Was there something we could have said to have made it easier to understand that time was of the essence? We think not. Where is the confusion here? We could not have made ourselves any clearer! We purchased the items we needed elsewhere and are refusing shipment for the items finally shipped by Moderndanish.com.
Moderndanish.com wants to charge a 15% restocking fee? Your fault should not cost us. We have contacted Discovercard and they will dispute the restocking fee. Consequently we will also distribute this review to every website that you subscribe to. Moderndanish.com needs to understand that responsive and fair customer service is absolutely imperative when involved with internet sales.
