Modeabode was very helpful and the two chairs I ordered came as advertised. I am pleased with them.. I have sinced ordered a sofa and it is in the works (question 6). Since we can't first sit on the furnitre, the seat depth mesurements should be included on the online site. Your trucking company uses designations that are coded making tracking unreadable. I found Modeabode far superior to all the other online furniture sites that I tried to deal with.

Had to return one of the screens I ordered because it was too big, but the other one worked out just fine. Wood and rice paper shipped well, no noticable damages.

I was sent an e-mail that the table was on back order and would not be available until early April. I sent back an e-mail inquiring if I'd be on a waiting list or needed to re-order in April. However, they could not respond to my question due to it being the weekend??? They requested I call during their office hours. I am not sure why they have a help line ?? Thank you.

The chairs we ordered arrived after xmas which was disappointing since we really needed them for the holidays. We have them now and we feel they are a great value for the money we paid, so no real complaints there. Your customer service department stayed in touch with us which we also appreciated. The stools arrived with the wrong colored end caps on the legs. We contacted customer service and told them about the problem and they had new leg caps sent out the same day. So overall good service, but wish it would have arrived perfectly the first time.

the dining table and chairs are great, we have no complaints. nice quality, the wood is nice and everything seems very solid. we had no idea that it was going to be so heavy, so we opted out of the white glove delivery. I would probably pay extra for inside delivery next time around. I still give your store a thumbs up.

Received our sofa last week and we're very happy with the comfort level and look of it. It is very big, but that's what we wanted since we have a huge new great room in our house. It fills the space nicely and the family is enjoying the rotating ottomans. Fun!

I ordered a full leather sectional set which was delivered in about 8 weeks. It arrived in perfect condition and the delivery guys even set it up and everything for me. I highly recommend the white glove delivery.

Ordering was a breeze over the phone. I could have done it online but I needed a couple of questions answered so I called in and they took my order over the phone.
