I ordered a Mutsy stroller from them back May 18, 2009.  The reason I ordered it was because it was about $200 less than any other place.  So I ordered the accessories to go with it from other vendors and then continued to wait.  Weeks went by and I kept getting the go around and they even dropped the price some for me and promised me up and down the stroller was still coming and would not be cancelled.  Finally they canceled my order and said they weren't getting the stroller in.  They also said there was nothing more they could do since they already started the refund process (without my knowing).  I was then stuck with all these accessories and had no choice but to buy the stroller directly from Mutsy.  I explained my situation and they did give me a little price break (but I still ended up paying $100 more than I originally did with Mercantila).  Had I known, I never would have gone through the process.  DO NOT BUY from them.  They say it's in stock when in fact it isn't.  I swear I got a few grey hairs over the stress this caused me with waiting and the awful customer service.  This company is a joke!
