I placed an order for 4 items on 6/19.
My credit card was charged for all 4 items on 6/20.
On 6/21, I received an e-mail telling me that all 4 items had been shipped to me.
When I received the package, only 3 items were in the package. My total order was for 2 pair of shorts and 1 black bra and 1 white bra. The bras were exactly the same only in different colors. The white bra was not in the box I got from UPS.
I kind of assumed it was out of stock but thought it was strange that my card was charged for it prior to it being shipped to me.
But regardless, the black bra did not fit me - so I knew the white bra would not either. Mardi Bra's customer service dept. sent me an e-mail reply telling me that the white bra was on back order but that they had cancelled it for me and they asked me to ship back the bra that I did receive and said that I would receive a credit once they got my return.
They received my return on 7/6 via UPS - today is 7/20 - I finally received a credit but guess what?!?! It's only for the black bra I shipped back to them - they did not give me a refund for the white bra that I paid for but never received!
